Analytical Research and Development at Hande Sciences

  • Triple Quad MS enables test method establishment for trace-level impurities (such as GTIs).
  • 18 x Agilent HPLC and UPLC systems (7 x 1260, 1 x 1290 and 10 x 1100*).
  • Waters ACQUITY UPC for scCO2 SFC (large variety of chiral columns; 6 columns loaded simultaneously with 4 mobile phase channels for rapid screening).
  • Agilent UPLC 1290 system (6 columns loaded simultaneously with 12 mobile phase channels for rapid method screen).
  • 3 x Agilent GC systems (2 x 6890 and 1 x 7890B) and 2 x Agilent Headspace GC system (7890 GC combined with 7697A headspace injector).
  • 1 x Shimadzu LCMS and 2 x Preparative HPLCs to isolate impurities or target compounds. 
  • Mettler Toledo DSC1 Star System (such as for DSC mp) and Agilent ICP-MS.
  • PerkinElmer Spectrum 3 FTIR.
  • 3 x Karl Fischer titration systems.
